I am a lifelong problem solver who has always seen learning as a puzzle—figuring out how the pieces fit to help people and organizations grow.
Early experience in video production at ABC News shaped my ability to tell cohesive stories through using visuals and narrative. I carried this skill into learning design as it aligns well with modern learning theory. Like solving a puzzle, I apply this foundation to create cohesive, engaging, and impactful learning programs, assembling the right strategies, tools, and content to create programs that fit together seamlessly and deliver results.
I hold a master’s degree in Information & Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
I believe the most effective learning experiences are built on clarity and simplicity. When information is streamlined and thoughtfully structured, learners engage more deeply and teams can maintain and scale it with ease.
I choose tools and media intentionally, using them only when they improve efficiency and genuinely enhance understanding. I also integrate assessment as part of the learning process, giving learners frequent opportunities to reflect, try, and improve.
In short, I create learning that is simple, practical, and built to make a lasting impact.
